It's actually quite good sense. She's singing about how the Ocean is mankind's mother (speaking in 1st person, as the ocean), and how trivial our existence is compared to the massive power of the sea. Even at the end, she says, "Your sweat is salty; I am why" which further suggests we came from the sea. It's interesting too, because our sweat does contain the same salt to water ratio as ocean water.

I love and listening and exploring bjork's songs. it's like everytime I hear a new one it takes you somewhere else. How she melds her music with her videos are brilliant as well. There is NO one like bjork :D
