alcohol can be made ... ( 4 months ago by chrispixem)
alcohol can be made out of the unedible parts of plants, or even plants like cattails, and kelp. Why don't people do a little research before they run their fkn mouth!!
Interested in how ... ( 4 months ago by mdostay)
Interested in how he proposes to get a 100% alcohol engine to start in colder climates. IIRC, even in Brazil, between the equator and the tropic of cancer, where average low temps year round are > 20C, they still have a tank for gas to start the car, and a tank for alcohol once the car is warm. You need to be at operating temp before you can burn alcohol.

The permit is free if I'm not mistaken. I am planning on creating my own fuel, but this is just talk... lets all act. Peace

@ 16:00 he explains how more useful food will come from corn as a byproduct of the production of alcohol from the otherwise useless corn starch.

any page doing this will only get 1 * from me
Youtube should display the vids with comment approval. This is pretty annoying, especially then the comment supports the poster's viewpoint
Good message... horrible censorship
This is true but ... ( 4 months ago by oldphoque)
This is true but you will have to be inspected and can expect unexpected visits from the fda and atf. Just make sure your blend has an unedible prtion of petrol. That and you have to have a safe apparatus.

@ 19:40, why does the audio get caught off? Are we not suppose to know how Brazil take the sugar cane and make fuel out of it?

Oops! We're sorry for that five-minute sound blockout. Sounds like you got the gist of it.

Kinda defeats the friggin' purpose if you are trying to not use any gas to have to add it to the alcohol you make. Are you certain you can't add something else to make it undrinkable?

Apparently the channel with his mic didn't make it into the final, just the channel with the background. Sorry--wish we could fix it but the tapes are erased.

These Rockefellers and the likes have only had a negative effect on this planet: their oil, their chemicals, their GMOs, their drugs, their banking systems, their educational systems and their war machines....they are the evil on this planet robbing humanity of life, liberty and prosperity.

This guy should be the Energy Czar for the US, why are we not running all of our engines on alcohol??????
The problem is that ... ( 2 months ago by peakmoment)
The problem is that corn ethanol does not give us a very good energy return on energy invested. It wouldn't be economical in the U.S. if we taxpayers weren't subsidizing it. Ethanol doesn't have the energy density of petroleum (or we'd be using it instead the past 150 years). Cellulosic ethanol is not commercially viable yet.
If David Blume ... ( 2 months ago by darkvader47)
If David Blume could read what Peakmoment just wrote, he would disagree largely with you. Goes to show how much education one gets from a couple interviews. It's obvious you didn't read his book, and it was the lobbying by old man Rockefeller going against Henry Ford that kept us from using alcohol. Peakmoment must be in the pockets of the oil people as well.
Dark, David's book ... ( 2 months ago by peakmoment)
Dark, David's book wasn't out when we taped the show. My goal was to get him to cover the topic in a balanced way, especially the issues of net energy return. I understand Rockefeller's nefarious work against alcohol for fuel. I think alcohol from appropriate sources (not corn) will be part of our energy substitutes. I have zero connections with the oil people.
Thank You for ... ( 1 month ago by birchmanllc)
Thank You for putting this up. Just froming racing I knewn alcohol can be used as a fuel however did not know that it runs cleaner. I have a turbo charged car I you to race and will give this a try especially since I have an electronic tool to change the air to fuel ratio at various RPM.
The really ... ( 1 month ago by birchmanllc)
The really interesting thing is they always talk about additives to gasoline to clean your enginc. Sounds like you could simply add alcohol to clean the deposits.
Rockefeller had ... ( 2 weeks ago by GhostOf1775)
Rockefeller had questionable Jewish connections. Correlations?
I wasn't aware of the connection between Prohibition and the Oil industry. It makes sense and Ill be looking into that more.
@ 6:30 Algae produces far more oil then most plants.
@ 26:00 he repeats the 'heat seeking missile' story.
