Pienso que demasiadas veces las composiciones de guitarristas modernos son un poco plnas emocionalmente hablando. A mí me encanta también oir guitarristas antiguos, acompañando cante, que de forma natural y sin pretensiones, solucionan frases con carisma, con expresión personal, y quizá la técnica no era muy depurada. técnica sí, pero es mucho más importante tocar para expresar algo concreto y claro. Sabicas en esto es un maestro...

Soleares is the mother of many flamenco palos and I believe, the single most important. Seguiriyas is the most profound, but note that seguiriyas can be counted in 12's like soleares....

i think that solea could be one of the most difficult regardless of a 12 beat rhythm because in solea very complicated falsettas are played, check out serranitos solea its freaking insane techically, regardless there is a difference when guitarists acompany and when they play solo, when they play solo they concentrate more on showing their technical abilities and their composing abilities as well

I love solea and I dont think it's so easy I am ok with the fact that solea falsetas are wonderful and (can be)deep.

esta solea se llama "solea pasito a paso". grabada por alla como en el '74-'75. es una solea magistral, muy unica y original de manolo, no se parece a nada que se tocaba por aquel entonces. la alzapua hacia el final esplendida.

Don't forget Siguiriyas. But if you listen to some of the bulerias out there at 250bpm...
On the other hand, accompanying a traditional very slow Soleá it can be very difficult to stay in the 12 beat rhythm and get the accents just right.
