Lance raised 27 million in 07, and thats great. But not on par. He needs to advocate for better funding distribution. Lance has not shown he's interested in helping, he went the the Canaries to dope with Efumiano Fuentes and Michelle Ferrari, and the rest of Team Astana. He's interested in racing, not helping his "cause." I just dont get a good feeling from LAnce Armstrong, he comes off as very fake, very cold, and very coniving to me.

Hey man, I've given to the LiveStrong Foundation and I even used to even wear that LiveWrong yellow wristband in high school!
What you've got to understand is private fundraisers are insignificant, its US political reform thats needed. LanceAF is a great private Cancer fundraiser and awareness/health site but its not making a dent in research funding.

Not only that but AIDS/HIV research is getting 22 billion per year! National level is making up 18 billion of it too!!!!!
2 million in North America, Western & Central Europe have AIDS/HIV.
23.1 million people get some form of cancer every year in the United States only!!
