your an idiot??? Its about "Devil Woman" Women in general, women you have on the side, you love your wife and want to be with only her but the draw of the outside woman is always there and he is simply singing to those to let him be so he can be at peace with his wife/gf.

My Mother & Father saw Marty at the Grand Ole Opera back in the seventies. Everytime I hear a Marty Robbin's song I rember seeing the pictures my Mother took of their vacation at the Opera.

I was lucky enough to see Marty, live, three times. To this day, I still have not heard a smoother voice. I've never heard him hit a bad note in any of the recordings of his live performances. A true master of song.
